Family Medicine has been offering quality healthcare to the residents of Suffolk and surrounding areas since 1982. FMA currently has six Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners and two Physician Assistants on staff.

We currently do not accept Tricare insurance.

Please contact our office at (757) 934-3434 to schedule an appointment. If you have already scheduled an appointment with our office, please complete the forms below and bring them with you to your appointment. We ask that you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please contact our office if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $40.00 fee.
