Mokhtar O. Morgan, M.D.
Dr. Morgan graduated from Norfolk State University in 1995 (Magna Cum Laude) with a degree in Pre-Med Chemistry. Thereafter, he attended Medical School in North Carolina at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received his medical training. After graduating in 2000 he returned to Virginia to pursue family medicine as a lifelong career completing his internship and residency in Newport News. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is devoted to the well-being of individuals and families alike. Dr. Morgan joined FMA in July of 2003.
