Shannon L. Wilson, MSEd, PA-C, ATC
Shannon was born and raised in Aberdeen, MD and graduated in 2002 from Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Shannon attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, graduating in 2004 with a Master of Science degree in Education. Upon completion of her graduate studies, Shannon was employed at Physical Therapy Works as the Rehabilitation Aide Supervisor and Director of Athletic Training Services. She was also the Head Certified Athletic Trainer at Nansemond-Suffolk Academy. Most recently, Shannon has completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. She is an avid sports fan and likes spending time with family and friends. The Physicians and staff welcome Shannon as she begins her Physician Assistant career at Family Medicine Associates in Suffolk, VA.
